 Running for beer is all the rage these days whether its charging the gates at craft beer festivals or a stomping out a midweek 5k before a bottle share at your local watering hole...everybody is earning their apres calorie intake.
The Danish microbrew force that is 'Mikkeller' has teamed up with one of Manhattan's most trusted craft beer drinking establishments "As Is" to launch its latest chapter of its world wide running club based out of Hell's Kitchen. Runners who show up to the first group run on March 21st will be treated to the first ever Mikkeller keg brewed in New York City. Time to let the neckbeard breathe. Stay tuned for more details!

hanks for sharing the article, and more importantly, your personal exp erience mindfully using our emotions as data about our inner state zdscand knowing when it’s better to de-escalate by taking a time out are great tools.
